"Michael has been my go-to for the last few years now. He's supported me through difficult life experiences (such as the death of loved ones) and incredible opportunities with my career and otherwise. He's also great for things like navigating the mental approach to your golf game. I'm a big believer in therapy, although I've found hypnotherapy to work best for coping and moving forward. I have friends I can talk with if I need validation or just need someone to listen. This method is about progressing with a new perspective/mindset and tools.
