You should be seated in a chair with a high back for neck support (preferably). You should be removed from others and away from TV's and radios in a quiet room undisturbed.
Not at all. You can sit on the floor, or in a chair —whatever posture supports stillness without strain. Michael will guide you to adjust based on your comfort, so you won’t be expected to “look” a certain way.
Yes, you can join from home, office or even your car via Zoom Choose a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, and use a laptop, tablet, or phone with good audio. Headphones help block out external noise for a more immersive experience.
Sessions are usually 45 minutes. They begin with instruction, followed by a guided meditation— using HypnoMeditation™—and close with a short period of integration or quiet reflection. No prior experience is required.
